REGISTERING EARLY
Although you may join our classes at any time throughout the semester, we encourage you to register early since class sizes are limited and many fill quickly. Registering before classes are scheduled to begin also ensures that we will have your child’s materials for you at your first class.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
We are happy to allow students who miss a class to make up that class 2 times within each semester. Simply give us a call in advance at 867-3077 to schedule make-ups. Also, if you know ahead of time that you will miss a class, please let us know. This allows us to schedule a make-up for someone else in your place.
NON-ENROLLED SIBLINGS
Due to limited class sizes and unique class settings, we regret that classes for children newborn to 3 are unable to accommodate non-enrolled siblings older than 9 months. Parents and children enjoy the class most when the parent is able to give complete attention to the enrolled child. However, special situations are considered, so please call if we can help.
REFUNDS
Tuition refunds or credit vouchers may be given due to an unexpected family move or serious illness necessitating withdrawal from class. Refunds cannot be given for opened materials. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. $60 of your fee is non-refundable.
FREE VISITS
At certain times throughout each session, we are happy to schedule a free visit in one of our classes. Please call us at (317) 867-3077 for availability.
